Rubicon Production Woes Continue?
Date 2007/4/25 7:31:34 | Topic: Wrangler
| We've posted a few stories in the past few months about Wrangler Rubicon production issues. We just received a report from a long-time reader of this site that sounds like the production problems continue...Seems that the manufacturing side is constrained to 22 Rubicons per day due to the unique components from the suppliers. The problem is that there are currently 8000 orders submitted for the Rubicon model. DCX may be in such a position that they will have to cancel as many as 6000 orders or try to persuade the dealers to convert them to 2008 orders. Keep in mind that this is hearsay - we haven't been able to confirm this information in any shape or form.
