started a build thread but waiting on approval.. anyways, here is the bracket I removed.. I am thinking about just clearancing it and reinstalling it.. since it has a spacer for my ground wire..

that is the orientation of it installed on the jeep as well.

so, thinking of cutting a radius out at the top left bolt hole.. that is the offending piece. what do yall think?

I would also ditch that air blocking bug screen. ;)

That screen is blocking a lot of needed airflow to the engine bay. ;)

Yeah, I put on one of those bug screens on once. Right after returning from a socal desert trip where there was a large butterfly migration passing thru, those suckers were splattered all over. After realizing that screen was useless, it now gets used a rock separator for doing yard work with dirt. It will not help with my Warn winch up front either. Since it is made out of stainless steel, it just might get used to make something really cool.
