Toyota Diesel Engine

My dad has an old 80's Toyota diesel pickup that's almost rusted in two, but the engine is still good, I'm not exactly sure what engine it has got in it but I've been looking around and haven't been able to find anyone who has put Toyota diesel in a CJ 3A or similar, would I have to get a special made conversion to put it on the T90 transmission?

From what I have read on this forum, give Novack a call on this one. if they can't help you, I wouldn't know where to send you next. I would also recommend you find out all you can on that diesel engine, they will need all the information you can give them.

A four cylinder diesel would be great for a CJ3a. Theirs not much room under the hood but a small diesel would work out good off road. Of course we would need to know specifically what diesel. Better yet, I agree you should give Novak a call.
