I could not find anything useful for pulling the cap.
I do not want to use screwdriver and hammer to avoid damage...
Anyone a suggestion?

It's called a dust cap removal tool, if you don't want to buy one, you can rent them at autozone/advanced auto/O'Reillys whatever is close to you.
 
I use a good pair of channel locks to remove the cover. If you want to avoid any scratches, put a rag around it first.
But a good pry bar will take it off in a second by twisting the blade in from the back side.
