T-90 2nd -3rd jump

I'm new here so I'm sorry if this has already been discussed. I'm contemplating swapping my t90 for a 4 speed in the hopes of getting a closer gear ratio between 2nd and 3rd. I have a warn overdrive already but would like to explore my options. Re gearing my axles to 5:38 is also an option. Anyone have any experience in this area?

Thanks for the info and the welcome. I talked with the folks at advanced adapters once. They can adapt any tranny to my 18 but couldn't tell me much about the motor to trans. I'll call Novak and see if they can give me an idea.
