Rusted and broken body mount

Has anyone had this problem? What would be the most economical way of repair? Cosmetics is not an issue. I'm just looking for something that would function. I've attached some photos.

LOL looks like rust the best way would be to get a replacement panel and weld it on, I currently cant remember if they sell them or not, The other way would be to bend your own panel and weld it on to the unrusted half and roll I hvent seen that however Im sure our Northern brothers have as its right behind the wheel

If they do not you'll probably have to fab up some mounts.
