Hi all,
Im looking at replacing my 304, and was considering a 360 instead. Any thoughts?
I have 78' CJ7 with TH400 tranny and Quadra-track AWD, 32x11.5 tires, not sure on the gears.
Thanks

What is your reason for wanting to replace the 304? What do you plan on doing with the Jeep? The 304 has plenty of power for most kinds of driving when properly geared. If the 304 is worn out and you have a line on a good 360, then I say, why not.
We need more information on what your goals are for your Jeep to give you useful information. :D

The 360 is direct swap no need to change mounts, bolts up to your current bellhouseing. Easiest swap if you want to stay all AMC.

I would love to shoehorn a 426 Hemi in there.... just because.
