* - PHP Upgraded to v8.2.15
* - View Counter Installed for Forums
and Threads
* - Confusing Attach Insert File Simplified
---->> Old Way
------->> Click Attach Files
------->> Click Insert
------->> Select Thumbnail or Full Image
---->> New Way
------->> Click Attach Files
------->> Click Full Image (only option) or do not and it will Automatically be Inserted
