It has the original I6, 5 speed manual tranny and I know nothing about transfer case and diffs..
If someone is reading this please send me a message about how to figure out these things and I will get it straight
I have been driving my jeep with a big smile on my face for some time now.
It did develop a slow start chug, chug, chug... Problem that I suspected is I did some extra wear to my cheap aftermarket starter with my flywheel problem. So I submitted a warranty claim within 1 year on my rockauto starter for a replacement. The new one fit up well and cranks right over. I did notice a loose bushing on the return unit. But all is good now and its incredible jeep driving weather despite the corona epidemic.
I've been laid off at work but got a 1 month severance witch is more than what others are getting theses days. Funny thing is I just got contacted by my previous employer for another job that kicks in right after my severance expires!
Hope everyone else is doing okay in these trying times.
