Jeep Rolls off Black Bear Pass

The driver of this jeep got out but the jeep. He says he applied the parking brake but he obviously didn't secure the jeep. It rolled over the cliff before the female passenger could get out. She and two dogs were ejected as the jeep rolled down Black Bear Pass.

Update: this gal is now able to stand up and take a few steps. It's unknown if she'll ever be able to walk normally again. She was told she has less than a 5% chance of getting anything back in her lower body.
