interchange air cleaner cj -yj and seat riser?

i have a booster set up to replace my manual master cyl in my 84 cj,i know i need a air cleaner for this to clear ,will a air cleaner from a yj carb ed engine be the same ?i have the stock carter carb also the year yj unsure its a junker ,also will the seat risers be the same?

When I changed mine to power breaks I reused the air cleaner because I don't like the one for power breaks. All I did was dent it in to clear the master cylinder. It has worked fine for many years now. And for the seat risers I would think the would work the tubs are pretty much the same.
