Anyone know what thread size and pitch the standard CJ (75) tie rod ends use, I bent my control and draglink today and want to make up a new one.

My 83 is 11/16-18. I'm not 100% your 75 is the same, but I think it is.
I used 1.25" DOM with .625 Id.(which is the tap drill size) for mine.

I thought most tie rod ends were standardized with a 5/8" end and the 1 ton and overs used a 7/8" end. I may be mistaken.

:)11/16 x18 is correct for a 1975.........both Left & Right hand thread. And most one ton TRE are 7/8" thread.
