Anyone have D300 long shifter handle?

This in a 1980 CJ7, sitting atop a fresh rebuild of the D300.

That shifter is longer that I suspected. I will be putting in a T5 and it looks like they may be the same length or really close.

thanks for the pics, D300 looks good. I have used the 4x4 block just like you did for installing one before. nice trick.
