AMC 20 Crush Sleeve Eliminator Opinion

Hey Everyone,
My AMC20 is completely torn down for a one piece axle, spartan, and pinion seal install. I was reviewing the procedure for retightening the pinion nut with the crush sleeve and wondered if anyone had converted to a crush sleeve eliminator instead? Something like this:

If you've got an opinion one way or the other, I'd love to hear it.
Just as a side note, the 4.10 gears on this thing are huge compared to the Dana 44s I've torn into. It is a shame they didn't put some better tubes on these things!
