2007 Wrangler Arrives in Detroit

|  The most capable off-road vehicle in the world — the all-new 2007 Jeep Wrangler — made its debut at the North American International Auto Show here today. Seconds later, the legendary American icon left its own party.
After breaking out of a cage and appearing onstage, the all-new 2007 Jeep Wrangler drove offstage, through the auto show display area, into the Cobo Center lobby and smashed through the front window. The all-new Wrangler then climbed down a flight of Cobo Center stairs, proceeded up Washington Avenue and scaled the outdoor stairs at Detroit's Pontchartrain Hotel, before confidently climbing Jeep Mountain.

Today's all-new 2007 Jeep Wrangler reveal marks the second time a Jeep vehicle introduction at the North American International Auto Show included outdoor activity. Fourteen years ago, at the 1992 show, a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee drove through Cobo Center's front window, marking its debut. Jeep is the only brand that has utilized the outdoors as part of a North American International Auto Show vehicle introduction.
