Jeep sales were down 21% in October compared with October, 2006 - Chrysler LLC says not to worry, the bulk of the losses were due to planned fleet reductions. They are quick to highlight the Wrangler's 8% gain.
The Wrangler was by far the only bright spot, as the Liberty, Grand Cherokee, and Commander were down 41%, 19%, and 67%, respectively. I'm wondering if "planned fleet reductions" are to blame for all three of these declines...
