 DCX Unveils New V8 Diesel |
Here is to hoping that DCX will continue developing diesel engines that may end up in more Jeeps...
DieselPower is reporting that the European version of the Mercedes E420 will be available with a 4.0L V8 diesel engine. This powerplant will produce 314 horsepower and 538 lb-ft of torque.
As this is only a 4.0L engine it would fit very nicely into any of the current Jeep lineup.

Now that is a worthy replacement of the old 4.0L, although I'd settle for the 3.0L V6 diesel. |
