Maybe I am the only one that didn't notice before but based on this page the 2007 Unlimited will be available summer 2006 while the regular 2007 Wrangler will be available later in the fall of 2006.

![]() Sort of interesting that all the specs info online and even the spec board in the pictures say 32" BFG tires but the Jeep in the pictures as sporting Goodyear MTRs. I think they should have stuck with the MTRs, I thought is was a nice touch that a premium off road tire came on the premium off road vehicle and the fact that it was the only vehicle that came with MTRs from the factory. BFG MTs are good tires but I feel they are an outdated design.

![]() Looking at those pictures from Moab... quite the assortment of Jeeps: an old Willys, the new Unlimited, a Commander, a lifted Liberty, a FC-150, a SRT-8.
Wish that was my garage. ![]() |

![]() Approx 6 months ago the Toledo Blade had a quote from a UAW rep which indicated the Unlimited 4 door JKL version would begin it's production run 5 weeks prior to the 2 door JK, and at the end of that 5 weeks the TJ and 4.0L I-6 would be gone but not forgotten when the old plant gets demolished.
The new factory's completion will determine when we see the 07 Unlimited. |

![]() From what I've read it's only a few weeks difference in the availabilty of 4-door vs the 2-door. It's fine by me however as I'm planning on replacing my 97 TJ Sport with a new Unlimited shortly after they arrive on the lots!
