So you're driving along in your Jeep when the stoplight you're approaching turns red. As you slow down and wait for your turn to proceed through the intersection, you notice that you've pulled up next to another Jeep owner. What do you do? You must acknowledge him or her, for they are at least as smart as you are if they also own a Jeep. Do you wave? Do you give the "hey-we-both-have-Jeeps-so-we-must-be-cool-nod"? Do you (gasp!) ignore them? Luckily, you don't have to worry about this potentially embarassing moment anymore, thanks to The Jeep Wave, The Definitive Guide. This web page describes (in perhaps more detail than necessary) the proper way to pay homage to fellow Jeep drivers. Highlights include instructions for:
- who waves first
- when not to wave
- adjusting wave patterns based on "Modifying Sub-Categories"
- adjusting wave patterns for "Equipment Adjustments"
Needless to say, this should be required reading for all Jeep owners. Enjoy.
