Chrysler Group recently introduced a 30-day buy back program for new vehicles. One of our readers (and Jeep dealer) sent us in the details of the program:
1. Must not include a trade
2. Must be a standard retail purchase (no lease) with the Employee Price
3. Must be financed through Chrysler Financial
There is a 5% of MSRP restocking fee and $0.50 per mile added to the vehicle cost.
Dealers have the option to take back the car and put it on their lot and receive $1500 dealer cash, or give the car back to Chrysler.
Dealers' original profits including all applicable VPA rewards are not affected.
