TheCarConnection.com has recently noted that the 4 door Wrangler will finally show its face at the New York Auto Show. The dates for the show are April 14 thru the 23rd.

The article has this to say about the 4 door Wrangler.

The eagerly anticipated four-door version of the new Jeep Wrangler will make its world debut at the New York Auto Show in April. Like its standard two-door sibling, the new model will be powered by a 3.8-liter gasoline engine, plus an all-new 2.8-liter diesel for Europe.

The new 4 door Wrangler was just shown for the first time anywhere on Regis and Kelly. I can't wait to get one. It looks like an old CJ-6 with 2 extra doors. finally, a Wrangler that can be used as a family car!!

I just found a picture of it at : http://www.thecarconnection.com/

Come on already! The 2.8L is for Europe only???
GRRRR!!
Can you smell the frustration Daimler-Chrysler?

Maybe if they put 1/2 the money from the Hemi ads into BlueTec ads, and the other 1/2 into BlueTec developement they would be better off.

Either way I'll be there April 22-23rd to check it out.

DCX in general, and Jeep in particular, have been holding new introductions until the very last minute.

They know how to build anticipation.

Well it's about friggin time we hear and see more about this variant.

What about the dad-burn Gladiator? Give it up DCX I'm tired of waiting on your sorry butts, just tell us "yes" or "no", either it's going to hit the street or not.

Word is the Gladiator is a go.
It will debut in the NAIAS next year.

Just trust me...the Gladiator is a go.
If we really want to buy it, then waiting 10 more months should be a breeze.
