From AutoNews.com:

The Chrysler group is recalling nearly 102,000 Jeep Grand Cherokees from the 2005 model year because of a problem that may trigger fires under the hood, U.S. federal safety regulators said on Friday.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the fire risk stemmed from increased transmission operating temperatures and the potential purging of transmission fluid into the engine compartment.
