MiscellaneousNaked Guy Arrested in Jeep

This is the kind of story we live for...

From Yahoo! News:

A naked man in a Jeep caused a truckload of trouble for police in front of a shopping mall on Sunday, running over one motorcycle officer before surrendering after police opened fire in a car chase.

Officers surrounded the sport utility vehicle at about 5:30 a.m. PDT near a San Diego shopping mall after briefly pursuing the driver for committing an act of indecent exposure -- riding naked in the open Jeep.

After stopping briefly, the driver sped off, striking the motorcycle officer, who was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Another officer followed the driver and fired several shots, shattering the vehicle's windows but not striking the man.

The man was pulled over a short time later and arrested.

We have nothing to add. Well, on second thought - if you're the naked guy and you're reading this, please let us know (but don't send any pictures. Please.)

awww, come on guys!! He was just some guy out there havin a good time with life. You can't bust his ass for that!! However, it wasn't too cool that he ran over the cop. That's not cool and if I was the cop, I would have drawn my sidearm and blown his frickin head off. But you can't bust a guy just for drivin nude! That's the joy of a Wrangler, no top, no doors, no pants. You and the Jeep, nude together, back to nature. Hell, isn't that the point of Jeep??

here is my comment

The same happened during the orignal woodstock way back in the 60's. There was only one Jeep then and no seat belts. I am a Jeep Wrangler owner and who cares.

PS: Cherokee?

It was a Cherokee. What else can one expect from a Cherokee driver.
