The pricing and options are labeled as "preliminary", so they might change before the official launch. We checked out a top-of-the-line Patriot Limited 4x4 with all the options (AM/FM/CD/Sirius/9 speakers, 17" aluminum wheels, side-curtain air bags, sunroof, etc.) and the total came to $26,485, significantly less than a fully-equipped Liberty.

Nice to see a 5spd offering for the adventurous driver wanting more control and performance. If the six speed and turbo diesel is offered, this will immediately replace my aging Cherokee.
