If you're really into off-roading with your Jeep, then you've no doubt heard of The Lion's Back trail outside Moab, Utah. This legendary trail is now closed to the public (it recently became private land), but the guys over at The Adventure Blog recently posted a 1st-person video of the descent.
It's not the most exciting video as the driver keeps his speed really low to avoid any "fun", but it really gives you a good sense of the steepness and exposure.

![]() Its not as bad as the video would suggest but is a cool vid. Heck id venture to say you could drive a car up it...a friend of mine drove his 4x2 dodge durango up it a few years ago.....

![]() Ahhh Moab. The happiest place on Earth. The Lions Back is a strange one. It's one of the FEW obstacles that looks worse on video than it is in person. Usually, the opposite is true.
