Hard Tops has anyone see a hard top - everything around NE Ohio that I've seen is soft top 4doors.

Re: Hard Tops Hard tops are the only way to go. You have to pay a bit more for one, but then you are set. You can remove all of it or just portions of it. Good Luck, JDJ

Love it! I was considering the dual top option until I sat in a new Wrangler with the modular top. No plastic windows and when you pop out the front panels it feels like a convertible. I'm going for the hard top only option...

Re: Hard Tops Come up to Detroit, pretty much everything is dual-tops. I've only seen 1 soft top so far.
Speaking of the hard tops, has anyone ever heard of painting the inside of one black as opposed to the stock white? |

Re: Love it! Same here. I had dual tops on my 02Sport and the soft top was a pain in the ass.
There were times I had to risk breaking/stripping the window zippers by using the little "L" shaped allen tool as a handle to put the windows back on because the zippers were difficult to use and the fabric shrunk when it was even the slightest bit cold. Plus while doing that, the coarse side of the velcro on the main body of the top was scraping the %&*@ out of my knuckles. ![]() Yea, I had my fill of the soft top..no more for me! |

Re: Hard Tops So far I've only seen 1 and it had a hard top. The others are right, with the front 2 panels out it is a HUGE sunroof opening. I'm going to get the dual tops - 9 months soft-top and 3 months hard-top.
