I was attempting to install splash guards (unfinished as of now) and read online to turn the front wheels for more room on the installation. Started the Jeep, turned the wheels, shut the Jeep off, and installed ONE splash guard. Now my key won't turn in the ignition, the steering wheel won't turn, can't take the car out of park....holy moly....I don't have a clue what to do. Can someone please HELP? I was not having any problems with the vehicle before this happened today...knock on wood.

You probably figured this out already, but while turning the steering wheel wheel turn the ignition key while stepping on the brake. You have to do it pretty firmly.
