Hello,

I am new to the group and I have a feeling that you guys have already discussed this.....anyway, I have now had a Rubi on order for 12 weeks. It is suppossedly made but they will not release it without the hard top which they have no timeline on when those will be ready. Anyone else having this problem???

I'm in the same situation. Ordered Feb 5th - currently at "D" status for the last 3 weeks. I've heard several different things.
1.) MyGig is in short supply and does not work with the Wrangler's folding windsheild.
2.) Rubicon's swaybar disconnect has trouble with water and needed to be redesigned.
3.) Freedom Tops were leaking water through the front 2-piece sun-roof seam.

I cancelled the MyGig and moved a whole 2 places in the queue.

There is a little info, mostly here-say so it's not 100% gospel.

Glad to know it is not just me. I have never had to wait to give someone money! I guess this was just a way more popular vehicle than they thought it would be. It reallly is the best looking thing on the road but that is my opinion. Hope it goes well for you!

I'm told that Rubi's are in short supply and if you order the Freedom top it just makes it worse. I waited 5 months for mine and finally got it in March. I didn't order the MyGig option, but got just about everything else. I went to a coin operated car wash and sprayed the hard-top thoroughly around the removable panels and was delighted that there were no leaks, not even a drip. The top is awesome!
