Engine Swap I have a great condition 86 CJ-7 that I want to drop a new motor in. I found a 96 Grand Cherokee with 113K on the 5.2L / 44RE transmission that was totalled. I can swap all computer and drivetrain parts. Is this an okay choice? Would anyone recommend this swap? I know their are lots of choices out there but would this one work?
