Been busy fixing thing on my daily TJ, and, with an extra CJ front clip, decided to graft a CJ full front clip fenders hood and grill on the 99 TJ, will probably do some rear mods as well to simulate the CJ

Got fenders now mostly installed, working on hood mounting and grill/radiator.

Sorry been gone a while, busy summer, camping, daily jeep driver repairs, home repairs(basement flood) just came back from an ELO tribute band (into the Blue)concert in Wheeling, stayed at the Wheeling Hotel Casino

Nice, how much does it take to do the fab?
Fender cutting where meets frame, new firewall mounting holes or redrill the fenders to use original holes, but had a few removal bolts snap so rather than redrill just making new mounting holes and using decent size self tapping metal bolts. Have to redrill and patch old holes for hood, can't relocate the hood hinge mounting positions on the TJ cowl. Not a horrible job, most anyone can do it, I'll add some documentation soon when I can get back to it...full plate syndrome.

A ton of more work to do under hood, then off to the rear, have a CJ tailgate and will be replacing rear lights with the 4" round lights. Will be replacing rear bumper with integrated LED's to use as back up lights with an over ride switch to use them without being in reverse as well.

new signals come today, new flares on Monday
had to rewire entire lighting assy, removed old harness, making from scratch, when stripping back original wiring, too much corrosion buildup no matter how far i cut back.

headlights and front running/signals wired and installed, new wiring and wire looms, new flares won't be in till Sat, will wire up side markers then. fuse box mounted, working on air box. can now also start on radiator and shroud with overflow. Other items should be installed by this weekend like washer jug and charcoal canister.
And, since CJ washer squirters are normally on the cowl, I'll be reusing the nozzle from the TJ, a single dual squirter in the center of the hood, drill and mount.
