Engine Oil Pan gasket install

Doing mine soon, question on 4 piece. Do I put the two rubber pan seals on first then glue to cork up on the block?
Does the cork overlap the tabs on the rubber seals or just butt up to them?

I lightly tack the cork to the oil pan and lightly silicone the rubber seals with a healthy dose of silicone on the seal / cork corners. The most often cause of leaks is over tightening of the pan bolts, squashing the cork.
I wish someone made a one piece gasket, but unfortunately that is not happening.
