I recently finished restoring a 1983 CJ7 and i was driving it and suddenly the front drivers side brake caliper fell off because the bolts fell out and locked up the wheel. I found some bolts i thought would do and they help for a bit but i went to drive yesterday and the bolts fell out again. They don't seem to sell the exact replacement bolt anymore. Does anyone know the specifications for the bolts so that i can get ones that fit better?

Call your local NAPA.
Be sure to torque them to specs.
Be a good time to check the other side also.....

This ^ and I will add use loctite blue all of the bolts. Most new caliper bolts will have a locking agent applied but some don't.
Oh and Welcome.
