Clutch Clutch and Brake Assembly Identification

Hello, I need some help identifing the attached clutch and brake pedal assembly. This is what came with my 1975 CJ5, I did not remove it from the old metal tub but it looks like it was bolted in the firewall. I have attached a piece of the old firewall that looks like it was attached ot it. I will be using this firewall piece as a templet on my newer glass tub. The assembly works ok from what I can see but, there is a piece missing that attaches to the dash. I have also attached a picture of the upper assembly support I just bought for this assembly so I can bolt it in place. As you can see the support is not correct. Any help would be great, thanks.

Just saw this, early 70's CJ's (up to 75) all use the same assemblies.
