A while back I rebuilt the carburetor on my 1982 CJ5 2.5L. I had it running OK, but it would die kind of easy and then it would be flooded. After looking into it, it seemed to be improper float setting. So today I took the top off the carb and measured and set the float according to the manual I have. Said 1/8" from float to the top of the bowl. Now it acts weird at high rpms. Please let me know how to fix this problem. Please see video link.

I get it, I'm a Jeep owner and ad-block detectors kinda stink but ads are needed on this site. This is a CJ site, all the ads are set for autos (some times others get through.) I cannot make them just for Jeeps but I try.
