I saw a live on in the Columbian jungle that would go 25'+.

Hell I'm from S. GA I aint skeered of no snake.
But on a serious note, I killed a E. Diamondback
with a shot gun that was over 8ft. I also saw
one hung over a stop sign at the end of the dirt road
and it touched on both sides. Now that's a real snake.
From a news article:
"A 7 ft., 3 in. specimen was caught and killed outside a neighborhood in St. Augustine, FL in Sep. 2009."
