any ever replace rear wheel bearings in an 03 f250 6.0 powerstroke diesel ?? how bad is it ?

No different than any other full floater axle. In a nutshell, remove axle, remove outer nuts and the outer bearing comes out, IIRD it is a weird socket for the nut. Remove inner seal and bearing. Using a soft drift tap both races out carefully. You will most likely need a bearing install tool to drive the new races in since you are not familiar with the axle, otherwise you could use the same soft drift but you must be careful. smear some grease on both bearings and install the inner seal. Install hub assy, install outer bearing and torque using proper procedure and to specs. Install axle. After everything is buttoned up I like to jack the axle up on one side and then the other to pre lube the bearings with gear lube before driving. BTW your rear axle is a Sterling 10.5".
