I just swapped a 75 304 into my 74 CJ5. I would like to use the engine harness from the 75 engine on my CJ. The problem I am having is that it has different connectors and I am not sure what color wire does what so I can match up the two connectors. I tried using the the diagram in the manual but to be honest its stinks. I have spent a couple of hours tonight trying to find the answer already posted so I am conceding defeat and begging for help. lol. If someone could id the wires from the two connectors I would be greatful. thanks,

Welcome! This is a great site lots of jeep knowledge here.
Try Tom" Oljeep" Collins site, is a FSJ site but he has FSMs for CJs listed under small jeep tab. Should have diagrams to help you out.

I see you have Sheridan listed as location, is that Oregon or Wyoming?
