Default brake booster on a YJ tub sitting on a CJ frame

Hi Jeepers,
Im trying to figure out what correct filament I should use to get the correct power Booster/Master cylinder on a 84 CJ7 frame with a YJ tub, Will I also have to get a different manifold brake thingie also ? (not sure what its called)

Pretty sure you can just use the stock Cj booster and master cylinder. The thread below will show you booster. That's what's on mine with a Yj tub. Last page on the thread below will show you a pic. You'll have to click the link to open it though.

I used all stock CJ stuff, you definitely want to get rid of the YJ brake pedal I found the hole was in the wrong place for my CJ brake linkage

I just used all yj parts easier to get plus my CJ was a none power break

Did you have the YJ proportioning valve? I believe that's another piece that would need to be swapped as well. Definitely if your going from non power to power brakes.

CJ valve that doesn't make a difference with power and non power only with disc and drum
