Those look good to me. New shift pads should be in the kit.
The main thing you're looking for is wear/ridges on the gear surfaces.
Not sure if you're taking apart the shift rails and detents, but I found that there were two different springs in mine and the detent blanks had different depths.
I ended up swapping the springs around in order to get the rails to shift smoothly.
If haven't already check out Gearbox videos on youtube -Paul has a great 2 part on the Dana 300.
Are your old gears in good shape? I need them.
They look fine to me also. I just did my Dana 300 upgrade to Lomax 4:1 gears. Patrick, I would be willing to sell my old gears once I get a few miles on my new setup. They are in good condition. If you want to connect through my email, Justin at ahrens.net, I don't get on here too often. I'm travelling right now, but could send you pics once I get back this weekend.

I get it, I'm a Jeep owner and ad-block detectors kinda stink but ads are needed on this site. This is a CJ site, all the ads are set for autos (some times others get through.) I cannot make them just for Jeeps but I try.
Please allow ads as they help keep this site running by offsetting the costs of software and server fees.
