Hey gang, we are re-installing the wiper motor but not sure how the harness should be routed. From the motor it goes inside the WS frame but how does it go from there to behind the dash?

I did this earlier in the year... The CJ7 we got in April didn't have the wiper motor installed. It came with an aftermarket wiper motor I had so much fun installing. :)

The wires go in the oval hole in the tub below and to the left of the wiper motor. Take care to route them so they don't get pinched by the frame when you put the windshield frame back up. These wires will be to the left of the steering column down inside the tub. From there they go to the wiper switch. I think they can be run over or under the steering column. I think I went over the column. I had to add some wire extension to make it to the switch and leave plenty of wire where the windshield folds down. A regular wire snake or a bendable rod like a coat hanger can be a help to access the wiring under the dash. I also added a ground wire from the wiper motor case that I ran with these wires to make sure there was a solid ground. I hope this helps. Good luck.
