Torque specs

Installing my new BDS 3" springs, but I don't have the torque specs for the shackle bushings (spring and frame ends) or the spring eye to frame bushings. The bushings are all poly. Thanks

Um, just tight enough as far as I remember!

Do the bolts have lock nuts on them? I always change the ones out for lock nuts and just snug them up so there is a little resistance felt when you rotate the shackle. Lock nuts allow you to set the resistance without using a specified torque.
