So after cleaning and painting my front axle and leaf springs etc. I reinstalled everything. Well I had to remove my tie rod bar and it won’t come out of the spindle now. It hits the leaf springs. Is there a way of reinstalling the leaf springs and axle that needs to be adhered too. My axle fit perfectly onto the axle plates and the springs lined up perfectly. Was wondering if the angle of the axle could be off.

The ball joints are installed first into the knuckles. And then you screw the tie rod into the threaded ends, both at the same time. You’ll have to turn and unscrew the tie rod to remove it, if I understood your question correctly. Good luck.
