This is an easy one folks. If you have a CJ handy it should be real easy. When I first got my Jeep I cut the wheel well for a standard wheel well notch. Being relatively poorly equipped with only a stick welder I took the easiest route possible. Now I am better equipped and can't leave a job half done. This is the cut notch:
This is the final cut and the first cut at a notch. This one was removed and a better one in there now. Structurally it's the same, notice anything missing?:
The top corner should be blunted as it was from the factory with a triangular cut at the top corner of the wheel well. I cant stand the missing blunted corner so I have a request. Can you measure your corner in a way that I can replicate the corner cut. Fabricating the filler will be no problem. I would like to make my cut as close to the original as possible.
