Channel4.com has some great new spy pictures of the all-new 2002 Jeep Cherokee (aka "KJ"). Here's what they had to say about the pictures:

Chrysler Jeep's popular Cherokee hasn't had a makeover in 17 years, but now it's time for a fairly radical departure. Clearly influenced by the Varsity concept car, the new Cherokee is less boxy and altogether more imposing.

This new model brings the Jeep brand fairly up to date - though some would argue that the relatively young but crude Wrangler could do with a rethink. That said, the continued popularity of the Cherokee may mean that it lives on alongside the new model, badged "Classic Cherokee".
