Jeep Grand Cherokee Remains One of the Top Selling Vehicles

Despite the current gas prices, Americans are still buying record numbers of cars. Year-to-date sales of the top 20 vehicles through March are up over 10% compared to 1999. Here's the current top 20:

Speaking of gas prices, the United States EPA recently did a study looking at how much more drivers of SUVs are paying in gas in late March compared with January. Chevy Suburban owners are paying $22.50 more per month, Dodge Durango owners are paying $25.92 more per month, and Jeep Grand Cherokee owners are paying $21.08 more per month.
