From the article, "Considered by some as the birthplace of the sport-utility vehicle, the former site of the Toledo Jeep assembly plant is for sale.

"Demolition of a massive factory complex dating from 1910 is nearly complete. Smokestacks marking the plant as onetime home of early 20th century automotive giant Willys-Overland are among the last structures standing.
"Before the factory was leveled, it produced military Jeeps in World War II and in 1983 launched the Jeep Cherokee, an SUV which some consider the first entry in a vehicle category that attained huge popularity in the 1990s.
"A sales brochure for the property that Equis distributed in recent days to brokers, developers, and others says that the "site will be leveled to the foundation."
"It describes the parcel's "visibility from I-75" and calls it a "prime development site."
