Ultimate Adventure 2009
We made it!


After a third full day of driving we made it to our final destination, 2,500 miles from home.


Again, another slow day of driving. Not much to report.


Jonathan, Keith, and Sam were the first to arrive, followed shortly by Trent and Tom.


Last we heard the UA Super Duty had left Colorado and was heading for our location.


Fred Williams had also left Denver with Clifton and were heading, buggy in tow, towards us.


On the highway just out side of Dayton Ohio we met up with Mel, towing his Jeep. He left 12 hours after us and through sheer will and determination drove quickly and had gotten himself about 5 miles ahead of us. Mel's an animal! He then split off to go meet up with the Hobart crew.


So that is all from us, we are now held up at our Days Inn command post for the next few days as Ultimate Adventure 2009 begins!
