Ramsey REP8000 motor brush help?

I have a recently acquired used Ramsey REP 8000 winch that I'm working on for my CJ.

I found that motor brushes has detached itself from the bolt head. It seems like a goofy set up but what holds the motor brush to the top of the bolt head?

How do I fix it or how do I get a new one? I can't find part numbers for it anywhere.

I had a similar problem with my old winch, the way I was able to fix it was I took it to a local starter/ alternator rebuild shop and they were able to fix that and even re-spool the windings inside for far less than a new motor
