Has anyone done the Bultear Serpentine kit for their AMC V8

There are multiple versions of the kit. Since I don't have AC or a compressor (York etc) mine will move my alternator up higher on the passenger side.

Kit looks good, ordered and on way, just wondering if anyone had done this before and has some tips / tricks, or if anyone was interested in seeing how it works for me.

Cheers

I have used the kit. Just be sure to get the correct version for your water pump (pully grooves.) It was an easy install but be careful as it is all aluminum. I used my own hardware.

I'm hoping got the right water pump one - it just asked for configuration of accessories (ie with or without ac pump or belt driven compressor like york, etc) and for power steering pump type and keyed or pressed etc...

We shall see. Excited to give it a go.

Thanks CJ
Cheers

The one guy I know that has it cussed like crazy; had to make some spacers, no instruction sheet and no support from BT.
Hope your experience will be better.

We got it done! There was some spacer / bolts to get but all in all not too bad and 100% no squeaking so far and full output off alternator again. Even power steering doesn’t squeak at full end.

pretty happy with it. Post some photos and videos later, still need test drive for some miles before moab.
